My Client is an Independent Community Pharmacy in Cumbria. We are working seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join their existing Pharmacy team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications, offering excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operations within the pharmacy.

Criteria:
• Must be registered with the GPhC in UK
• Must hold your own Indemnity
• Enhanced DBS check
• Right-to-Work in UK
• Provide two referees we can contact for a reference

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions
• Ensure correct label and package of medicines according to legal and company standards
• Ensure management of stock levels, check expiry dates, and maintain accurate records of medications
• Answer customer queries both in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure prescriptions are processed safely and efficiently, including controlled drugs and private prescriptions
• Support the pharmacy team with administrative duties such as filing, ordering stock, and maintaining patient records
• Adhere to all NHS, GPhC, and company policies and procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy

• A customer-focused attitude and professional demeanour is essential
