Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Assist dentists, hygienists, and therapists during diverse treatments.

• Surgery Prep: Prepare rooms and sterilise instruments to strict standards.

• Patient Care: Reassure and guide patients throughout their visit.

• Compliance: Maintain accurate records under GDPR and CQC rules.

• Stock Control: Monitor inventory and order clinical supplies.

• Front of House: Support reception with bookings and queries when needed.

• Hygiene: Maintain infection control protocols strictly.

Requirements

• Valid GDC registration.

• NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing (or equivalent).

• Knowledge of CQC, HTM 01-05, and infection control guidelines.

• Excellent communication and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

• Experience with Carestream R4 is preferred but not essential.

• Position is subject to a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
