Paul.a Allward (Company Director) Also known as "Senior" or "Paul.a" Paul is responsible for the day to day running of the service. He has worked for Liverpool Locums between 1991 - 1998, Northwest Medical Services 1998 - 2000 and Primecare 2000 2003. Since leaving Primecare in 2003 Paul.a has worked for a number of locum agencies before launching Aspire Locums in 2006. Paul.a has since achieved a CMI Level 4 Award in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. Paul.a is also responsible for Aspire Locums achieving ISO 9001:2008 accreditation and Investors in People award and has retained these awards each year following annual audit inspections.

Denise Allward (Finance Director) Denise is responsible for the accounts department, such as invoicing and payroll and all HMRC responsibilities. Since Denise joined Aspire Locums she has achieved qualifications in Sage Accounts Line 50 Professional Payroll, Invoicing, Bookkeeping and NVQ L3 Business Admin and ICT.

Since joining Aspire Locums Paul.m has achieved Cert RP award and has also passed his NVQ L2 Telesales and NVQ L4 Leadership and Management. Paul.m has also achieved the CMI Management and Leadership Level 4 Award from the Chartered Management Institute.
